About The St. Charles Loop

A free weekly newsletter for people who live in, work in, or love St. Charles County, Missouri.

The St. Charles Loop is a free weekly local newsletter covering everything worth doing in St. Charles County, Missouri. We cover events, restaurants, live music, family activities, outdoor recreation, neighborhood news, and things to do across every community in the county — from Historic Main Street and O'Fallon to New Town, Lake Saint Louis, Wentzville, and beyond.

This newsletter exists because St. Charles County is genuinely one of the best places to live in Missouri, and too much of what makes it great goes unannounced or undiscovered. The free Tuesday night concerts at Civic Park, the Saturday morning farmers markets, the mountain bike trails at Klondike Park, the Christmas Traditions Festival on Main Street — there is always something worth doing here. The St. Charles Loop is here to make sure you know about it.

The newsletter publishes every Tuesday. Each issue includes top picks for the week ahead, featured events, local dining and restaurant news, live music listings, family activity recommendations, and occasional longer features on the people, places, and things that make this county worth paying attention to. It is completely free and will always remain free. There are no paywalls, no premium tiers, and no subscription fees.

If you have an event, business, or community activity you would like to see covered, we want to hear from you. Send event submissions and tips to hello@thestcharlesloop.com. We review all submissions and include community events when they fit the audience and calendar. The best way to make sure your event reaches St. Charles County residents is to submit it early — ideally at least two weeks before the date.

Stay in the Loop.
